Had very enjoyable evening with family here. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the food which was very tasty and flavoursome, great portion size and well presented. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Definitely recommend.

This is one of those rare gems. The restaurant is a little out of the way, but warm and embracing as you go in. Service is nothing short of outstanding. Everyone is super friendly. The owner/chef always visits the table to ask how everything is, which I feel in an extremely rare quality these days. The other staff will often ask if there's anything needed. If I could do 6 stars, I would. Quality. Everything provided is beautiful. The curries are all next-level good. The condiments provided are all there. The onion bhajis are the best I have ever tried. Food in abundance and all amazing. The drink selection is also great. Kingfisher on tap and perfectly poured! Again I would award 6 stars if I could. This is well worth the trip, but do yourself a favour and skip lunch if you go. I would also recommend booking if you'd like to eat in. Do yourself a favour and go to Essence of India in Kinross. You won't be disappointed

We decided to try the Indian buffet meal on Thursday and were truly impressed on the service provided. We had 1 child who loves a curry but allergic to cashew so had never went out for indian as a family, the chef went out of his way to make the child feel special and made a dish just for him and still allowing him to use the buffet. It made my sons day and def will be going again.
